What to expect from colon irrigation?
COLON IRRIGATION: Should you conduct your doctor before going to a session, right? Absolutely, if you feel the need to.
If you are concerned about the saftey of a hydrotherapy, going to your personal doctor is a good thing, and I would recommend it.
In fact, if you have any of the following diseases, you shouldn't get a colon hydrotherapy at all: (1) diverticulitis,
(2) ulcerative colitis, (3) Crohn's disease, (4) severe hemorrhoids, (5) rectal or intestinal tumors.
Colon cleaning can be very tiredsome and can place a lot of stress on our system. Why is that? When, we do colon irrigation and destroying
toxins, it can lead to something called a "die-off effect". A die-off effect is basically a temporary, minor side effect of cleansing.
When all the toxins are flushed out of the body, it can temporarily make you feel worse.
Be aware: after the procedure!!!
Getting a colon irrigation can wash away not only toxins but beneficial bacteria that are crucial to maintaining a healthy intestinal flora,
and digestive system. So before getting a hydrotherapy, it is very important you get some probiotic supplements to replace these good
bacteria!
Proper steps are taken to ensure the entire procedure will be safe, sanitized and clean. You won't get any infection, whatsoever if your
administrator knows what he/she is doing. So, go ahead and find a colonic center near you, because a colon hydrotherapy are a necessary
step in colon cleansing if you're not getting an enema.
