The following present the number values for each of the vowel letters:
A = 1, E = 5, I = 9, O = 6, U = 3, W* = 5 and Y* = 7
NOTICE:
* The letter "W" is treated as a vowel only when preceded by a vowel and it also produces a single sound; this is the case in for example the name: 'Bradshaw' (SOULNUMBER=7: a=1, a=1, w=5; makes 1+1=5=7).
* The letter "Y" is a vowel only when it makes a vowel sound or when is used in place of a vowel or preceded by a vowel and does have its own sound; this is the case in for example the names: Wendy (SOULNUMBER=3: E=5, Y=7; makes 5+7=12: 1+2=3), Harry (SOULNUMBER=8: A=1, Y=7; makes 1+7=8), and Lynn (SOULNUMBER=7: y=7).
The letter "Y" is not a vowel in the following names: Young (SOULNUMBER=9: o=6, u=3; makes 6+3=9) and any other name where it makes the consonant Y sound.
To be compatible in numerology (in terms of love and relationships), two values of the 'SOUL NUMBERS' need to both be either odd, or even numbers.
Therefore the ideal combination is when two values are identical, such that they reinforce each other.
When one value of the 'SOUL NUMBER' is even, and the other 'SOUL NUMBER' is an odd number, disharmony will be the likely result.
