This website presents an up-to-date monitor on the news, research & developments that relate to hands & modern 'Hand Analysis'!
Most sources of info concern the works of people who are professionally involved in the study of hands, and especially it's diagnostic aspect.
Therefore these sources may vary from: academic scientific researchers, to individuals & international organisations who are involved in the study & practice of 'Hand Analysis' (a.k.a. modern 'Palm Reading' or classic 'Palmistry').
But I also present my own 'hand-research' projects. These studies vary in a wide range, from projects focussed on describing the one-sided image of 'Hand Analysis',
to exploring studies related to the diagnostic potential of the human hand (especially in the fields related to psychology).
Research & evolutionary theories point out that the human hand has transformed from an organ of locomotion into an organ which serves intelligence.
Do hands unveil the future of human kind?
Or is the human mind being mislead by it's own intelligence - as pointed out by for example the notorious 'Barnum-effect' (a.k.a. Forrer-effect), or maybe the... 'Dodo-effect'?
At the end of the first decade of the 21th century it has become obvious that 'Hand Analysis' should no longer be associated directly with the classic aspect of 'divination' (reading fortunes).

For, next to the more credible applications of 'character interpretation' and 'life purpose orientation', there is also (international) agreement among academic scientists and modern hand analysts (palm readers & palmists) that various features of our hands do reveal significant information (reliable & valid) about our physical- and mental state of health.
MULTI-PERSPECTIVE PALM READING
A new type of (scientific) 'Diagnostic Palm Reading' developed & designed for:
Psychologists, Doctors, Therapists & other professional Health Care Workers!
Multi-Perspective Palm Reading is solely focussed on the assessment of major themes that relate to specific physical- and psychological health conditions (including: specified syndromes, disorders, diseases & personality characteristics).
And the focus of well-defined health related themes & well-defined rules for a hand assessment, demonstrates where hand reading can become a solid science!
Multi-Perspective Palm Reading only considers those hand markers that have at least once been reported as 'significant' (based on a statistical analysis featured with a control group), in the perspective of one of the major themes.
Multi-Perspective Palm Reading does not try to 'to predict the future', nor does it present a philosophical framework for the individual hand markers.
The combination of these two elements concerns a major difference with far most earlier forms and systems of palm reading, hand reading, hand analysis & palmistry.
Multi-Perspective Palm Reading is focussed on hand markers that have been reported & identified as 'significant' according to various scientific studies.
Which concerns another major difference compared to other hand reading systems - which typically attribute value (in terms of 'theories') to hundreds of individual hand markers (sometimes these concern tiny details of the hands).
